A wine of tremendous clarity and energy, the 2018 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon leads with enticing blackberry, black currant, cardamom, and violets on the nose. Cassis-hued and anchored by sleek minerality and cohesive structure, its mountain provenance is evidenced by a full spectrum profile of fresh summer cherry, dried mint, river rock, and espresso on the palate. Brimming with vitality and gravitas, this supremely balanced wine promises decades of enjoyment.

2020 Courtship 6x750ml

Vintage Notes: The 2020 season commenced with a mild, sunny winter, allowing for timely budbreak, while berry set and canopy growth hit benchmarks by mid-June. We were encouraged by healthy yields of small berries, typical of our mountain site. In pursuit of complexity and balance, our first pick day landed relatively early, on September 14th, and a harvest of beautiful fruit unfolded over the next two weeks. Our final harvest was September 25th. On September 28th, the Glass Fire reached our region, ending the season.

Blend: 61% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Merlot, 18% Malbec

Tasting Notes: 2020 Courtship is an exuberant, expressive wine, carrying the lift and freshness that has become Courtship's signature. This intricate blend offers enticing mountain duality–pure fruit in harmony with lovely herbal, floral notes. Fresh wild berries, juicy pomegranate, nutmeg, sage, and black olive are layered within this irresistible wine that shares the playful side of the Cornell estate.

2022 Chardonnay, 750ml

Chardonnay calls to be harvested on long, radiant days well before the season’s swan song. Heat is a near certainty, while thunderheads and cold snaps seem a distant concept. The fruit itself embodies this beaming optimism. Upon harvest, we collect thousands of tiny golden suns to be gently pressed, on a mission to bottle endless summer. The resulting wine, handled minimally in the cellar, will glow with vibrant fruit for many seasons to come.
