RETURN POLICY

Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order. All returns are handled on an individual basis. We ask that you return the unfinished wine in its original bottle for replacement.

SHIPPING

We make every effort to ship your wine in the safest manner possible. In the event that we do not ship to your state, you can select a third-party shipper. If you choose this option, your wine will be subject to Napa County sales tax and your shipping charges will be billed separately by the third party. If your state does not allow delivery of wine directly, we recommend a membership in a wine storage facility such as 55 Degrees or Domaine Storage in Napa Valley. Please contact us for international shipping. We use a specialized wine fulfillment house for our shipping. If you have delivery timeframes, please contact us in advance. We ship Mondays and Tuesdays, weather permitting with specific start dates for each release. Business addresses are preferable. Our goal is for your wine to reach you unaffected by temperature. Please call us if you have any concerns or special shipping requests. PLEASE NOTE: wine shipments must be signed for by an adult (21+) so please keep this in mind when specifying delivery address. Wine is sold in California and the title passes to the customer upon departure from our shipping facility.
