Our Chardonnay reflects our founder Henry Cornell’s passion for crisp and mineral-laden white wines reminiscent of those highly regarded from Burgundy. Aromas of lemon mousse, white jasmine, and early spring stone fruits are complemented by subtle notes of crushed oyster shells and sun-warmed river rocks, evoking idyllic summer ocean side lunches. The palate is invigorated with vibrant, mouthwatering acidity and refined texture, inviting another sip.
